NeptuneGuard collects only the information needed to scope engagements, deliver training, and respond to inquiries submitted through this site. We do not sell client or visitor data.
Engagement data collected during testing or advisory work is handled under the confidentiality terms of your service agreement, separate from this general site policy.
Terms of Service
Use of this website and its content is subject to standard terms of use; engagement-specific terms are defined in each client's signed statement of work.
Course and certification access is governed by the enrollment agreement provided at signup, including exam attempt and renewal policies.
Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
If you believe you've found a security issue in NeptuneGuard's own systems or website, report it to security@neptuneguard.com before any public disclosure.
We ask for reasonable time to investigate and remediate confirmed issues, and we do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow this policy.
